Biography

Natalia Khudiakova is a contemporary artist working in floral abstraction. She graduated from the Krasnodar State University of Culture and Arts with a specialization in environmental design. Her exhibitions include Wings about Love at the House of Books in Krasnodar and the solo exhibition Where Silence Lives in Krasnodar.

Working primarily in acrylic on canvas, Natalia Khudiakova uses flowers as a point of departure rather than a subject to reproduce literally. Color, line, rhythm, texture, and abstracted botanical forms become a language for emotional contrasts: anxiety and calm, chaos and silence, fragility and strength.

Her background in environmental design informs her understanding of painting as something that exists in active dialogue with its surroundings. Khudiakova is interested in how color and imagery can shape the emotional atmosphere of a space, bringing a sense of tenderness, stillness, and connection to nature into everyday life.
For the artist, abstraction is also an intuitive process—a state of experimentation in which control gradually gives way to flow. Through the recurring image of the flower, she explores beauty, memory, love, vulnerability, and renewal, inviting viewers to pause and form their own emotional response.
