Lois Sattler has had a lifelong love of art...

She studied painting 10 years with her mentor, Sueo Serisawa, who was her guide in her career...

Later she became a sculptress before figuring out her unusual way of using clay...

Her work has been seen in galleries and museums in the United States and other countries. She also teaches art to children through STAR Education, a private organization in the public school system in Los Angeles
