The series Geometric Alphabet is part of my series Geometric Abstract, in which the abstract game is used in the form of asemic writing with geometric shapes. Here Peters recreates her fascination with ancient text in abstraction, to accompany the subtle symbolism of her compositions that evoke the quest.
Neerja Chandna Peters likes to navigate harmony through the play of lines with their symmetrical synchrony and rhythmic interaction, manipulating nuances, their saturation and values, thus creating a subtle movement of optics with their varying refrangibility.
In his compositions, lines and light are not simply aesthetic choices, but act as conduits that lead the viewer to a space of calm and contemplation. Over time, the artist has come to understand that clarity often lies in reduction. An isolated color or the movement of a line can evoke a deep resonance when approached with intention.
This practice is as much about process as it is about outcome. It's about finding balance, not only on the canvas, but also within. The act of creating becomes a reflection of this alignment, a moment when the finite touches the infinite, and the work itself becomes an offering.

This work is a striking example of geometric abstraction, captivating the viewer with its meticulously crafted interplay of lines, shapes, and symmetry. The design revolves around a complex arrangement of triangular and circular forms, converging toward a central focal point. Bold black circular elements contrast sharply with the lighter background, guiding the eye inward. Thin parallel lines fill the forms, adding depth and texture, creating an illusion of three-dimensionality. The symmetry is precise, evoking a sense of harmony and balance. This work captivates with its clean lines and monochrome palette, demonstrating the artist's skill in combining mathematical precision with artistic intuition. Its dynamic and controlled composition invites contemplation, offering a captivating study of spatial relationships and minimalist beauty.
