Description
Original etching by Josep Maria Riera I Arago (1954) signed and numbered in pencil. Edited and printed by Poligrafa, Barcelona. Careful packaging and international tracking.
Presentation
Josep Riera i Aragó is a visual artist, born in Barcelona (Spain) in 1954. He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Barcelona. Throughout his career, he devoted himself as much to sculpture as to painting or graphic arts. Riera i Aragó creates in his work a universe of machines and artefacts (zeppelins, planes, submarines). Besides bronze, he also uses iron and various materials that allow him to float his planes or submarines in a magical atmosphere. He has participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions and is included in various public collections. He has also produced monumental sculptures for public spaces.
