Description
“Flowers in the Field" is a space that emerges as memory while simultaneously disappearing. It is felt in the body as a perceptual trace that does not resolve into a full image.
Technique and Materials
Stretched canvas on wooden frame. Plaster with reinforcing additive, fabric, acrylic paints and pigments. The surface is sealed with a protective glossy varnish.
Presentation
Ukrainian abstract artist Daria Luhova was born in 1991 in Luhansk, Ukraine. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Design. Since then, she has been actively exploring ways to harmonize spaces through art and design.
In her art, Darya delves into themes of tactility, emotional adaptability, and the understanding of human experience.
Darya uses a unique plaster technique in her work, which allows her to create three-dimensional narratives. She is actively engaged in her creative practice and sells her paintings worldwide.
Her paintings are part of private collections in Ukraine, the USA, Italy, the UK, Germany, and Poland.
