Description
Luong Trung is an award winning, mid career artist. He paints a variety of subjects and in many different styles. Here he adopts a neo-impressionist approach to depict a young couple in love on the couch. The year of the pig was the instigator for the 2018 series, moving on from children as pigs as the central subjects. The pigs are given very human facial expressions and postures, here including an Apple laptop. A great work from this fabulous series - all the colors here are super cool. One for serious contemporary art collectors.
