Description
Large inabstract canvas, a character resembling da Vinci's savior of the world... This practice is part of an artistic movement, INABSTRACT, which would consist in evolving freely between the abstract world and the figurative world, without being forced to nothing, or rather by admitting all the ways useful for the realization of a painting which would be resolutely a “drift”, in the sense of the freedom of pictorial expression; thus erasing, adding, finally deciding what is good to reveal”.
Presentation
FROM CHAOS TO THE LIVING BEING
When I paint or draw, I start from chaos, I begin to paint spontaneously simple elements, forms, lines, surfaces arranged without preconceived ideas on the canvas. These elements intertwine, associate and give birth to complex forms. I reveal then by drawing on this bottom: figures, members, bodies, objects.
This creates diversified characters, which come from the chaos and inscribe their reality. It is a spontaneous, physical and spiritual act.
