Daniel Jonez

Unique and exclusive artwork by Daniel Jonez.
Hand painted work.

Vibrant and iconic, the work of Daniel Jonez is charged with the personality and experiences of its creator. Born and raised in the metropolis of São Paulo in the 1980s, Daniel Jonez experienced from the inside the aspirations and consequences of the punk youth, which burst onto the urban scene and discovered with enthusiasm what it meant to questioning, pointing and disturbing the old order. This youth, which flourished in the period of post-political repression, willingly came to transgress passivity, always with great controversy and audacity.

Thus, Daniel Jonez evolves between streets, alleys and skyscrapers, developing his line and his voice. He was part of the "Pixos" movement in the last years of his youth, evolving into collective murals. And fortunately for the general, Daniel Jonez never suppressed his artistic nature, even when he managed to study social sciences, taking a giant step in the evolution of his critical person. He then developed as an aficionado of photography and graphic design, evolving through these professions, until 2017 he settled in Spain, the cradle of his maternal family, and thus devoted himself entirely to visual arts.
