Description
In creating this piece, I focused on the interplay of bold, minimalistic strokes and the textured allure of charcoal and pastel. The striking blue gloves represent both presence and mystery, manifesting a cloak of introspection. Set against the muted backdrop, the vivid blue evokes a poignant stillness, drawing the viewer into a contemplative state about the subtleties of emotion and identity hidden in plain sight. This artwork will introduce a serene, thought-provoking ambiance into any living space.
Presentation
Kristina Mallen, a painter with a background in oil and acrylic mediums.
Her recognisable style infuses the sophistication of Art Deco, the pop of Pop Art with a dominant focus on the female figure, manifesting elegance and eroticism. Her work exudes the extravagance, classical chic, and charm of women, striking a balance between provocation and the sublime.
