Description
This vibrant abstract artwork is a dazzling explosion of color and texture, capturing the viewer's attention with its dynamic composition. The painting features a kaleidoscope of swirling hues that blend seamlessly into one another, creating an energetic and harmonious movement across the canvas. Patches of bright yellow, fiery red, and deep blue dominate the left side, gradually transitioning into cooler tones of green and purple on the right. The artist employs a technique reminiscent of impasto, with thick layers of paint adding depth and dimension, allowing light to play off the surfaces unpredictably. This tactile quality invites closer inspection, revealing the nuanced interplay of shades and textures. The artwork's abstract nature encourages open interpretation, evoking emotions and thoughts unique to each observer. Its bold use of color and texture are its most striking features, embodying a joyful spontaneity that is both captivating and thought-provoking.
Presentation
Hi, My name is Momchil, but friends call me – The Count. All my conscious life is devoted to drawing. I experiment with different graphic techniques from ink and pen to drawing with candle smoke. In painting I work with pastel and oil. I work as a freelancer, mainly as a book illustrator, graphic designer, packaging designer. In the field of design and packaging, I have worked for leading global companies such as Coca Cola, Nestle, Sushard, Sony, Danone.
I have several solo exhibitions and also many exhibitions in general exhibitions. My works are on several continents, owned by private collectors. I've done over a hundred book covers and illustrations. I worked in England for several years. I love the detail and the symbolism, the sought after balance and the hidden golden proportions. In the last 2 years I have been working entirely alone in my studio.
