Description

This bold work features a heart drawn with energetic strokes on a vibrant yellow background, contrasting masterfully with the textured green frame. The symbiosis between the yellow and green hues evokes a harmonious tension and intrigues the viewer. The heart, appearing to be made of sinuous branches or filaments, displays a captivating organic complexity. The green background envelops the whole, creating a depth that invites the exploration of the artist's emotions and dynamic energy. The subtle inclusion of varied shades creates an effect of movement that enlivens the entire composition. This piece transcends traditional artistic conventions by incorporating an abstract style that maintains a deep connection with the symbolism of the heart, inviting reflection on the intrinsic nature of human emotions and vitality.

Presentation

Christine Marie Nobre is an award-winning painter, photographer and sculptor based in France.

His works have been exhibited nationally, in Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States. One of the central themes in her works is light, as she feels that we live in a dark world and that humans are all "little lights that need to be awakened".

Nobre creates "passages in the imaginary" through visions and the cosmic as organic to the "antipodes of space and time".
