Description
This artwork depicts an anthropomorphic cat, elegantly seated on a richly ornamented chair. The feline sports a flowing blue coat, evoking a bygone era. Its multicolored head immediately draws the eye, highlighting a bold and modern style. The scene unfolds in a warm interior, dominated by a red background. The cat delicately holds a cup of tea, an emblem of sophistication. On the table, a white teapot with subtle patterns sits alongside an appetizing dessert. In the background, a family portrait reinforces the familial theme and invites the viewer's imagination. This juxtaposition of classicism and modernity, combined with a vibrant interplay of colors, gives the work its unique character. The whole captivates with its boldness and originality, creating a world where tradition and fantasy coexist harmoniously.

Galina Navodnitchaia-Malfoy alias Galka is a French artist born in 1971 who lives and works in Callians near Cannes in France. Her universes often refer to the world of childhood, Galka wants to arouse joy and wonder with artworks that bear the imprint of peace.
