After a period of experimentation during his formative years, the illustrious creator decided to reclaim what ignited the flame of his childhood passion, guiding his steps towards the revered institution of the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Printmaking, known as "La Esmeralda". However, within that sacred abode of art, Pichardo refused to be confined by what he perceived as a rigid and bureaucratic framework.
