Description

This artwork captures a serene architectural scene set against a vibrant, azure sky. Dominated by a blend of soft, pastel hues, the painting illustrates a historic, domed structure and towering building, exuding timeless elegance. The foreground features a lush, green expanse, providing a vivid contrast to the cool blues and whites of the buildings. A series of arches introduces a sense of depth and movement, drawing the eye across the composition. Delicate brushstrokes suggest the presence of people, adding life and scale to the setting. The use of bold colors and dynamic forms evokes a feeling of tranquility and wonder, uniquely blending impressionistic techniques with a modern sensibility. This piece stands out due to its striking color palette and the artist's masterful play of light and shadow, capturing the harmony between architecture and nature.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
