Original painting from our collection
This vibrant artwork captures the dynamic beauty of a rustic still life scene. A tipped clay jug lies amidst an explosion of color, its contents spilling onto a richly textured surface. Stalks of wheat and clusters of vivid red berries cascade gracefully through a patterned cloth that drapes the foreground. The composition is balanced by two apples, rendered with delicate brushwork in harmonious hues of pink and green, adding depth and context. The interplay of light and shadow accentuates the textures, highlighting the artist's masterful manipulation of paint. With a palette that merges warm and cool tones, the piece exudes an energy that is simultaneously lively and serene. This composition not only exemplifies the artist's skillful use of color and texture but also evokes a nostalgic rural charm, inviting viewers into its tactile world.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
