The mesmerizing artwork titled Danza by Enrique Pichardo manifests as an exceptional acrylic on canvas measuring 120 w 80 h centimeters. This compelling piece immediately draws the viewer into a sophisticated visual journey characterized by geometric abstraction and schematic figures that evoke the spirit of lyrical abstraction and modernism. Across the textured surface, a rhythmically balanced composition unfolds, revealing a striking interplay of contrasting color blocks featuring deep blacks, luminous whites, golden ochres, and warm earthy tones. These chromatic choices pay homage to the rich heritage of Mexican plastic tradition while consciously evoking the aesthetic of Joan Miró.
