Adulterio, 2025

Hugo Rosell Barbie

A dynamic explosion of geometry and color. This painting captures a state of constant transformation. Bold black lines carve through the composition. They create a rhythmic tension between order and chaos. Sharp angles collide with fluid curves. A deep blue backdrop anchors the upper section. It contrasts with a stark white field and a rhythmic checkerboard pattern below.
The palette is vivid and intentional. Primary reds and yellows spark energy across the canvas. Small circular motifs act as visual anchors. They guide the eye through a complex architectural maze. Each stroke suggests a movement toward personal growth. The artist translates inner resilience into a visual language of abstraction.
The composition balances heavy graphic elements with airy intervals. Diagonal vectors push the perspective forward. This creates a sense of depth and architectural instability. The interplay of light and shadow adds a sculptural quality to the flat surface. Every line serves a purpose in this exploration of identity. The artwork concludes with a precise signature and date in the lower right corner.
