Description
This colorful acrylic painting on canvas is framed in the style of synthetic cubism and contemporary illustration to represent an iconic scene from the literary classic "The Little Prince". In the center of the composition is the figure of the Little Prince in profile, wearing his tunic and characteristic scarf in the wind, accompanied on one side by his faithful fox and on the other by the iconic rose protected under the crystal dome. The entire scene is built by a complex geometric fragmentation and a mosaic design, where each facet of the ground and the starry background combines contrasting tones with graphic textures such as spectacles, wavy lines, and botanical patterns. The color palette opposes a dominant range of nocturnal blues, violets, and deep purples with vibrant warm accents in orange, yellow, and red in the ground, the celestial bodies, and the protagonists' elements, creating a harmonious, poetic, and visually rich work.

Adri Q es una joven artista afrocubana nacida en Cuba que actualmente residente y trabajando en Alicante, España.”que vive y trabaja en El Campello, Alicante, cuya pintura nace del encuentro entre la ilustración, la geometría y una sensibilidad profundamente contemporánea. A través del acrílico sobre lienzo, ha desarrollado un lenguaje visual reconocible, caracterizado por el empleo de colores intensos, superficies planas, estructuras geométricas y una rica sucesión de patrones gráficos que convierten cada composición en un universo dinámico y fácilmente identificable.
Su obra se mueve con libertad entre la figuración y la abstracción. En ocasiones parte de escenas reconocibles —músicos, mujeres, bailarinas, paisajes mediterráneos, animales o personajes pertenecientes al imaginario colectivo— para después fragmentarlas y reconstruirlas mediante bloques cromáticos, ritmos visuales y elementos decorativos. En otras, la geometría adquiere un protagonismo mayor y la figura parece surgir de la propia estructura del color.
Uno de los rasgos más interesantes de su trabajo es precisamente esa capacidad para mantener una identidad constante dentro de una temática muy amplia. El Mediterráneo, la música, la naturaleza, la literatura, la fantasía y la vida cotidiana conviven dentro del mismo universo plástico. Sus escenas pueden ser íntimas, lúdicas o contemplativas, pero casi siempre conservan una sensación de optimismo, movimiento y luminosidad.
El color no funciona únicamente como elemento decorativo: constituye uno de los principales motores emocionales de su pintura. Azules profundos, rojos, amarillos, violetas y turquesas se combinan mediante contrastes directos y superficies claramente delimitadas, generando composiciones de gran impacto visual. En sus obras musicales, por ejemplo, la geometría parece convertirse en ritmo; en sus paisajes mediterráneos, en luz; y en las escenas fantásticas, en una puerta hacia un mundo imaginario.
