Description
This acrylic on canvas work reinterprets the narrative universe of The Little Prince with a contemporary illustration language charged with lyricism and sensitivity. The scene places the iconic character lying contemplatively on the surface of his asteroid while reading an open book, surrounded by the faithful company of the fox resting beside him and his rose, coaxing, protected under a glass dome. The composition is distinguished by a striking chromatic contrast between the cobalt and navy blue of the starry firmament—enriched with ringed planets, comets, and dazzling sparkles—and the warm tones of the golden hair, the scarf in the wind, the orange fox, and the crimson rose, creating an affectionate, poetic atmosphere and a great visual appeal.
Presentation
