The artwork here, "Buffalo Dream", is a wonderful depiction of the profile of a Native American man in a cave with preshistoric art on the walls, that is saturated with acute detail, and vibrant color throughout, making it one of the nicest paintings by Bullas we have ever made available. Also, measuring approximately 8" x 20" (archival matted to 6" x 19") and 14" x 27" with the high-quality frame made specifically for this painting, the immaculate artwork is of impressive craftsmanship and size. Finally, it has remained in excellent condition since it was completed by Bullas in 1994, is signed in the lower right corner, titled in the lower left corner, and comes with a Gallery Letter of Authenticity.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Bullas studied at the California College of the Arts and developed a distinctive style combining playful imagery with witty, often pun-based titles and captions. His work is characterized by clean compositions, expressive animal figures, and a lighthearted sense of humor. Bullas has produced paintings, prints, ceramics, and other works and has exhibited and published his art extensively. His work is generally associated with Contemporary Art, Pop Art, and humorous illustration.
