Composició amb Estima i Pols Blava, 2025

Vicenç Marco

Abstract geometry meets organic ruin in this compelling composition. A weathered surface serves as the foundation. Faded blue pigments bloom across the center. They mimic a celestial nebula or a deep oceanic current. Sharp black lines cut through this ethereal haze. A vertical axis intersects a sturdy horizontal bar. This structural grid creates a tension between order and chaos. Thin concentric arcs sweep across the upper frame. They evoke mathematical precision or planetary orbits. A single red dot punctuates the void. It acts as a focal point of intense energy. Numbers drift along the horizon line. They suggest a secret code or a forgotten measurement. The paper shows the passage of time. Subtle stains and creases add a tactile dimension to the piece. The contrast between the fluid stains and the rigid ink lines defines the visual rhythm. This artwork explores the intersection of science and emotion. It transforms a simple page into a map of the subconscious. Every mark feels intentional yet spontaneous. The pale background enhances the depth of the indigo washes. A thin white strip slices the lower third of the frame. It introduces a modern interruption to the aged aesthetic.
