Description
This work depicts a striking scene where a naked individual stands atop a rocky spur, overlooking a breathtaking landscape. The horizon is adorned with imposing mountains, one of which stands out majestically in the background. The golden light of twilight illuminates the valley, accentuating the contrasts between the lush green of the plain and the dark shadows of the surrounding peaks. Rivers meander gracefully through the land, suggesting fluid and eternal movement. The sky, filled with clouds of varying hues, adds dramatic depth to the work. This image captures not only the untamed grandeur of nature but also the triumph of the human spirit in the face of immensity. The figure's posture, small yet resolute, invites introspection on our place in the natural world.
Presentation
"Born in 1975 in Paris, I practice photography right out of childhood, replacing the pleasure of drawing.
Lacking inspiration in Paris (by my fault, not his…), I only take the camera out when traveling. The rest of the time, I teach my research in philosophy.
Beyond the necessary compartmentalization of these activities, it seems to me that my photography is impregnated with existentiello-philosophical questions. "
