Exploring color in the darkness, inspired by the Italian and Dutch renaissance. He brings hints of the fauna of his native South American vibrant and passionate colors. Bringing them into this obscure space he hopes to ignite the imagination of the world that surrounds his subjects in the pictures. Like a dream within the landscapes of classical renaissance paintings. The artist uses a vivid contrast of color to add an extra dimension in the movement and shadows of each piece. Almost giving a glimpse, outside of the nostalgia, of his -black & whites- and sepias. Evoking a sense of freedom and liberation.

This artwork presents a striking portrayal of human form, enveloped in darkness that accentuates powerful musculature and flowing contours. The image captures a figure in a contorted pose, highlighting every sinew and muscle in stark relief against the shadowed background. The play of light and shadow creates a dramatic and intimate atmosphere, drawing the viewer’s eye to the tension and elegance expressed in the subject’s position. The composition’s minimalist approach, with its focus on the interplay of form and shadow, imparts a sense of mystery and intensity. The artist skillfully uses chiaroscuro to evoke emotion and subtly explore themes of strength, vulnerability, and introspection. This piece stands out for its compelling use of lighting and its nuanced depiction of the human body, offering a captivating visual and emotional experience.
