About the artwork
Artwork sold in perfect condition
Born in 1963 in Chambéry, Fabien Novarino is a French artist.
Surrounded by nature and wide open spaces, Fabien developed a passion for drawing, painting and modeling from a young age. He worked in the commercial world for a while but he finally decided to abandon this field at the age of 27 to devote himself to artistic creation. Very quickly, his works were selected to be exhibited at the Salon des Independants and at the Salon d'Automne in Paris.
At the beginning of his career, Fabien Novarino's work was characterized by an almost automatic use of oil paint and a Pop Art influence. But thanks to his inspiration from the current popular culture, advertising, American icons and the Street Art movement, nowadays Fabien practices and combines different methods such as photography, graffiti and collage on a canvas and on aluminum.
Lately his subject scope has widened and the artist regularly addresses the subject of large megacities such as: Paris and New York, or landscapes of infinite horizons such as Morocco.
