This complex visual work fuses the aesthetic of Art Nouveau with oriental artisanal techniques, presenting a central female figure in profile, whose body and marble ceramic garments are finely repaired with the Japanese technique of , elevating imperfections to a sacred and golden status. The lady, with a luxuriant red hair adorned with mother-of-pearl lotuses, is flanked by two majestic golden peacocks, whose tails, richly decorated with cobalt blue enamel and detailed "eyes," unfold in the foreground, while a stylized phoenix adorns the background, suggesting a celestial or imperial kingdom. The dark, lacquered background, framed by golden arches, reveals an architectural landscape of traditional Asian pavilions under a starry sky and branches of lotus and cherry blossoms, all unified by a rich palette of blues, gold, and pearly whites, evoking a sense of timeless luxury, mythology, and resilient beauty.
