Description
Yona Zaffran's sculptures reveal the beauty and fragility hidden in the combination of minerals and plants. In an organic and mental process, she designs works that bear witness to an environment to be preserved.
"My work is an attempt to move on the fragility of the world that has been loaned to us, towards awareness."
By delicately summoning the original nature, it lets us feel all the force of the elements. A certain experimental harmony emerges from his works, provoking feelings that are as pleasing as they are meditative. A true celebration of the real in what it is both beautiful and ephemeral at the same time.

Presentation
Yona Zaffran's work makes sense with the plasticity of the earth, the secrets of color, the simplicity of form. It is a humble tribute to the endless beauty of nature.
Yona highlights each of the constituents of the environment, living or otherwise. It is an investigation of the mineral and vegetable matter which reveals the openings, the wounds, hollow. By capturing movement and playing with fusion, the isolated, superimposed enamels will reveal themselves according to their composition. The shape is defined according to all the curves that contain it, the sphere changes until it borders on the void.
