  • About the artwork

    Artwork sold in perfect condition

My creative World - is a diverse and mystical one; a place where the past, the present and the future collide. I create my world where boundaries are none, every day, with every art work. My thoughts rush at full speed, uncontrolled and sometimes incomprehensible and so, the illusion comes to life. The characters in my paintings are longing for freedom, nothing shall limit them and they are free to believe, love, hope and desire. With the various color ranges, I try to portray the inner tensions; the magnetic field that establishes between the viewer and my figures, and so it urges me to develop an imaginary dialogue between the two of them.

The female might and beauty: though seemingly delicate and tender, when looked at them closely, the women of my creation possess a deep, strong and invincible spirit and as I paint them, I want them to tell me their secret fairy tales. The omnipresent but yet subtle imaginary birds that complete some of my paintings contribute to the existence and perpetual bliss of these mysterious secrets.

Human bodies: hovering in a free flight with figures of unusual birds, this expresses the unceasing movement of the quick flight of my mind. Using soft, imperceptible, subtle airy color tones, I try to distinguish between the surreal wishes of human beings and their irrepressible and spontaneous emotions. I try to show the whole beauty of the free imaginary flight, drawing parallels to the mind and the subsequent expression of the illusionary freedom of life.
