Biography
Agnieszka Rzonca is a Polish artist, born in 1991.
She studied at the Fine Arts school at Wroclaw from 2011 until 2014 and then the Fine arts school at Gdansk and graduated in 2016. Her work was supported by several different grants and scholarships, from the Ministry of Culture and the National Heritage in 2011.
She does painting, drawing and lino-cutting, though she is more passionate about painting. Nonetheless, she likes to vary her mediums, which according to her correspond to three forms of totally different expressions.
In her series, Agnieszka Rzonca reworks board games and video games. She places an atom at the center of her work, these are geometric shapes which guide her strokes.
Agnieszka Rzonca has done several solo and group exhibitions, mainly in Poland but also U.S.A.
