Biography
Ukrainian artist working under the pseudonym AreiRa. Born in 1988 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Graduated from the Kharkiv Academic Art Lyceum and studied Interior Design at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. Since 2023, she has been actively engaged in painting, working primarily with acrylic and watercolor.
Her artistic practice combines figurative and mythological imagery, exploring themes of inner transformation, spiritual resilience, and the search for harmony. She draws inspiration from sacred symbolism, architectural heritage, and the cultural codes of ancient civilizations, creating compositions rich in subtle metaphors and emotional depth.
For AreiRa, painting is a form of meditative practice, where the material and the symbolic intertwine to open new inner dimensions. Her works have been exhibited in Ukraine and abroad. The artist's practice evolves through a dialogue with philosophy and the visual language of global cultural heritage.
