Stefano di Stasio (Neaples, 1948). He is considered one of the most important artists of Anachronism Movement and one of the protagonists of the artists that returned to painting that characterized the last twenty years of the twentieth century. In 2005, he completed a very important pictorial cycle for the church of Santa Maria della Pace in Terni, designed by Paolo Portoghesi.
He was present with a personal room at the Venice Biennials of 1984 and 1995. He participated in the XI, XII, XIII National Art Quadrennial in Rome. His works are present in the collection of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2004-2005, on behalf of the Senate of the Italian Republic, he painted the portrait of Amintore Fanfani for the permanent collection in Palazzo Madama in Rome.
