Toshio Iezumi

Toshio Iezumi is a Japanese artist who has invented his own technique for creating delicate, elegant glass sculptures. He uses a traditional Japanese method of stone-cutting on a new material, sheets of glass. Toshio Iezumi assembles sheets of reflective glass that capture and transmit light, creating visual illusions, depth and new colours. The result is abstract, fascinating and changes according to the viewer's point of view.
