Cristina Fontsare est une artiste photographe primée née et basée à Barcelone.
Elle travaille sur des projets à long terme créant des histoires visuelles sur des thèmes universels tels que les cycles de la vie, la croissance, la métamorphose et la magie du quotidien.
Elle travaille avec des films pelables Polaroid et des processus analogiques.
Depuis les débuts du Covid, elle travaille de manière plus expérimentale, où le processus et le hasard sont plus importants que l'anticipation d'un résultat, sur la partie la plus gestuelle, physique et matérielle de la photographie. Son travail a été exposé et publié internationalement.
