André Bielen

André Bielen is a Liegeois artist born July 22, 1956 in Belgium .

Painter and sculptor, he takes us into a universe specific to his imagination. Each of his works offers different artistic visions, which combine psychedelic painting and dreamlike. The artist's work After discovering the movement of the modern abstract artistic landscape, the artist quickly developed a taste for it before devoting himself completely to it.

Having tried all pictorial styles from a young age, André Bielen has now reached maturity by remaining faithful to his unique stylistic which creates a material and pictorial harmony. Bielen plays with the heaps of paint and the finesse of certain lines to achieve a work in total harmony.

The fantastic images of André Bielen are at the origin of his very particular worlds where juxtapose, with a multitude of details, the pessimistic visions that the painter brings to Humanity. Bielen's creations can be overwhelming, reflecting our thinking through his painting which is endowed with a very great sensitivity.

The artist deals in his works with serious, chaotic and heartbreaking subjects, without ever falling into “cliché" painting . It is through the marriages of colors, shapes or thickness of features that André Bielen exteriorizes his fears, his joys or his sorrows. His painting is a sentimental art. A dazzling development and a result which today places the artist among the most important of the modern (European) abstract landscape.

André Bielen has participated in numerous exhibitions during his career, he is also a winner of major prizes such as: the first Artex JCCA prize in Osaka in Japan, the Ace'as Art Excellence Prize in Barcelona or the autumn price of the Grande Motte. Bielen is highly rewarded for what he produces, be it paintings or sculptures, and has nearly 20 awards for his work. It is also permanently exhibited in two institutions which are the Museum of Contemporary Art of Monaco and the “Muséo Javier de la Rossa" in Gran Canaria (Canary Island). Guest of honor at various contemporary art fairs, André Bielen is expanding his art internationally for the pleasure of all.
