Biography

Natalia Schonowski is a Boston based visual artist. Born in Colombia in 1984, Schonowski's multimedia art draws inspiration from the numerous countries in which she has lived. In 2010, she obtained her MFA from Bauhaus University Weimar in Media Art and Design.

Schonowski utilizes photography, textiles and painting to explore identity, memory and the human body. Her works have been exhibited across the United States, in Jamaica, Germany and China.
