Biography

Studio Joachim-Morineau is a design studio founded by Carla Joachim (FR) and Jordan Morineau (FR), based in Eindhoven (NL). Their work is a mix of craftsmanship, industrial techniques and technology. They use experimentation to push the boundaries of each field. Carla and Jordan first worked together while studying in Paris at ENSAAMA. They moved to Design Academy Eindhoven and both graduated with honors from Man and Activity in 2018. Their joint graduation project, Moca, was the starting point for the company. Creating a studio allows them to honestly use their imagination without limit. They aspire to research new techniques and collaborate with artisans and industries from different parts of the world to bring surprising results.
