Presentation
Fatima Erkenova lives and works in London. In 2023, she moved to the United Kingdom on a Global Talent visa to fully dedicate herself to her artistic practice. She is also a writer, PhD in Philosophy, Gestalt therapist, and Kyokushin karate sensei (4th dan). Fatima Erkenova has held several solo exhibitions, including “Cross Section" at the Art Café on Kursovoy (Moscow, 2017), “Odyssey" at the Verkh-Isetsky Sports Center (Ekaterinburg, 2018), and “Viva la Art Vita" at Saco Beauty Space (Moscow, 2019).
Her awards include the H-C-A-P Hungarian Contemporary Art Prize (Budapest, 2020), the All-Russian Art Award “Creating the World" from the Vyacheslav Zarenkov Foundation (Saint Petersburg, 2021), and the international competition Palette of Methodical Ideas (Saint Petersburg, 2019).
She has participated three times in the Luxemburg Art Prize by La Pinacothèque museum (Luxembourg), and each time received a Certificate of Outstanding Artistic Merit.
In 2025, Erkenova won the competition and was selected to participate in the prestigious Focus Art Fair at Saatchi Gallery (London). In 2024, her works were exhibited and sold at Southwark Park Galleries (London). A new exhibition at Southwark Park Galleries is scheduled to open on 2025. She is also taking part in the Art Fight exhibition at Indra Gallery in 2025.
In the same year, she is also participating in the following exhibitions: Duality (London), Avant-Garde (St. Petersburg), International Art Exhibition "Look At The World Through The Window" (London), “Transcendence" at Boomer Gallery (London, Tower Bridge District), and “Between Heaven and Earth" at Amove Gallery (London).
