Maxime Blachère

Maxime Blachère is an atypical artist from Savoy, now living near Lyon and present in 25 countries and several art galleries in Europe and the US. Maxime Blachère's universe is filled with humor and saturated colors.

Self-taught and versatile, his sources of inspiration are multiple. Comics, pop culture, photography and of course Street-art.In phase with the Fluxus movement, he uses and mixes the codes of the environments that inspires him and of the artists he meets to give free rein to his imagination and deliver offbeat works, sometimes naive, sometimes subversive, like his series of works "Vandal is color" where Maxime takes pleasure in virtually vandalizing urban landscapes around the world.
