Biographie
Jess Hon est un photographe malaisien né en 1957 qui vit et travaille à Kuala Lumpur en Malaisie. Jess prend des photos de paysages depuis 18 ans. À ce jour, il a pris environ 23 000 photographies dont 16 000 ont été prises au cours des 5 dernières années.
C'est dans sa nature de regarder le beau côté des choses et pour cette raison, il repère rapidement les choses et les vues qui sont belles et uniques. Pendant la prise de vue, il se concentre principalement sur la lecture de l'éclairage naturel et de la composition.
Il est un contributeur agréé de Shutterstock, l'un des deux plus grands magasins de photographie en ligne au monde. Il a participé au Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival en septembre 2022. Il participe régulièrement au concours annuel de photographie organisé par le Smithsonian Magazine.
L'artiste s'intéresse davantage à la photographie de paysage et accorde une attention particulière à la capture d'images sous des angles inhabituels et à la création de compositions uniques.
