Patrice Killoffer studied at the Superior School of Applied Arts Duperré in Paris in the early 1980s. He is one of the founding members of L'Association; publishing house created in the early 1990s and which revolutionized the graphic and narrative codes of French and European comics. Since then, he has been regularly published in the review Lapin, edited by L'Association, which has also published 4 of its albums Billet SVP, La Clef des Champs, 676 Apparitions de Killoffer and more recently Tel en himself.


He regularly illustrates articles in the daily newspapers Liberation and Le Monde, and is also a columnist for La Vie.
His work has been exhibited at the Abbey Museum of Sainte-Croix des Sables d'Olonne, at the Casa de Francia Gallery in Mexico City, at the Xalapa Art Center in Mexico, also at the Filbo in Bogota, Colombia. , and at the Anne Barrault gallery in Paris.


He has also participated in group exhibitions such as Théâtre du monde, dedicated to the collection of David Walsh, MONA, at Maison Rouge, Paris; a few moments later, at the Couvent des Cordeliers and at the International City of Comics and Images, Angoulême; The drawn city, at the Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine, Palais de Chaillot, Paris; Comic Strip at the Sérignan Museum; Cult fiction at the Walsall Art Gallery, England, exhibition organized by the Hayward gallery, London and La Nuit Curieuse at the Ferme du Buisson.
