Presentation

Frenchman born in 1968, Mark Nimoda has always wanted to escape the ambient gloom and the crushing world of rules in force, especially in the appreciation of art.

Self-taught, he went from figurative to abstract to stick to a narrative style for a decade, almost naïve but still displaying his colorful world. Nimoda has never ceased to claim that "painting is a cure for intolerance as much for the one who works the canvas and the colors as for the one who refers to it" ...

Nimoda is generous with the material. He does not hesitate to free himself from the codes. Resolutely in love with the oil painting he considers noble, the themes he addresses in his work remain out of time.
From a primitive expression with childish gesture, it supports the colors so much loved brush strokes so simplified that they become provocative ..

He exhibits regularly in France, Belgium and in international exhibitions since 2003.
