Biography
Born in 1993 in Cholet, La Pointe is a self-taught artist. His journey is rooted in a personal ordeal, after the loss of a part of his heart. From this flaw arose a vital need to create, to weave meaning. He then discovered the technique of String Art, whose precision and tension of the threads would give rise to his pseudonym: La Pointe.
Driven by a powerful inner energy, he embarks on a rich artistic exploration. First through watercolor on paper, then on canvas, he deploys a poetic imagination that expresses both fragility and resilience. Attracted by the freedom of street art, he walks the streets in search of his own language, somewhere between introspection and openness to the world.
La Pointe's universe is structured around repetitive lettering, chanted like mantras. These words, carrying a universal and benevolent message, come to life in rhythmic compositions, where each stroke becomes a heartbeat.
Now exhibited in numerous galleries, La Pointe embodies a generation of artists for whom creation is an act of sharing. Through his works, he celebrates the power of connection and spreads a simple and luminous message: Love.
