Ervin Békési is a Hungarian artist born in 1986, he currently lives in Budapest.
Ervin Békési works materials that he carves, twist and cuts, in order to do an abstract or figurative representation. He did a collection of sculptures in the form of animals. Which are represented from another perspective, with humor and poetry. Metaphors of the human world, their surface is itself composed of multiple visual details, allowing the viewer to have a double interpretation of the sculpture.
Ervin Békési also works on structures much more geometric, where the only goal is to reach visual harmony. The forms intertwine and fuse to infinity in a perfectly conceived symmetry.
Ervin Békési exhibits his work regularly in Budapest.
