Biography
Gediminas is a contemporary sculptor, who puts the creative process first. He was born in 1982, in a small Lithuanian town Plunge and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sculpture in 2005. The sculptor is a member of the Lithuanian Artists' Association and works at Abodu studio in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania since 2007.
The artist leads quite distant creative life, isolating himself from the hectic world and unnecessary influences, that is why his art is not often seen in exhibitions. His works are a mix of realistic figurative and phantasmagoric creatures or plants from imaginable words. The body of his works is very distinctive both in terms of ideas and execution.
