Biography
Joanna Woyda is a young Polish artist born in 1981. She studied at the Beaux-Arts Academy in Warsaw between 2000 and 2005. She graduated with honor in 2002 at the workshop of the professor Wieslaw Szamborski, annexe of the artistic graphic design workshop of the professor Rafal Strent.
She obtained a grant from the BPH Banc and the Ewa Tomaszewska Prize, a member of the KK NSZZ Solidarnosc. Joanna Woyda was also a grantee of the Ministry of Culture between 2003 and 2004.
Joanna Woyda is a painter from a family of architects, thus she is by virtue of her nature sensible to beauty and nature. During 10 years, before focusing on painting, she worked as an interior designer.
The artworks and beach paintings of Joanna Woyda are exhibited in many personal and collective exhibitions.
