Biography

Jean-Paul Boyer is a French artist born in 1942.

After several years inspired by classical scultpture and countless visits to the museum, Jean-Paul Boyer started creating his own pieces composed with thin, superimposed and adjustable elements in 1989 in this way he made his own style.Working with glass, wood, marble, iron, bronze and stone, his sculptures always revolve around an axis.

Women are his favorite subject, Jean-Paul Boyer's sculptures invite those who wish to modify them, to create new shapes by removing or rotating parts. Jean-Paul Boyer creates modular sculptures.

His pieces have been exhibited in France and abroad in Germany, Spain, Belgium, China, Great Britain, India and Turkey.
