Description
This question mark does not seek to embarrass you, but can illustrate the idea that one can have in front of an object as simple as this one and which is qualified as a work of art. The artist only offers a lacquered steel blade mounted on an axis....
But it quickly becomes interesting as soon as you understand that it's up to you to give this steel blade the position in space that you deem most favorable, the position that you prefer in relation to the hundreds or thousands of others contained in the work, but hidden until you bring them to light.
The work is created by the artist who gives it to you to interpret: you are his interpreter, as in music, if you feel like it...
This small sculpture is the first of a series of twelve, which can be declined in different sizes and colors.

Presentation
Jean-Paul Boyer is a French artist born in 1942.
After several years inspired by classical scultpture and countless visits to the museum, Jean-Paul Boyer started creating his own pieces composed with thin, superimposed and adjustable elements in 1989 in this way he made his own style.Working with glass, wood, marble, iron, bronze and stone, his sculptures always revolve around an axis.
Women are his favorite subject, Jean-Paul Boyer's sculptures invite those who wish to modify them, to create new shapes by removing or rotating parts. Jean-Paul Boyer creates modular sculptures.
His pieces have been exhibited in France and abroad in Germany, Spain, Belgium, China, Great Britain, India and Turkey.
