Photographic dada

This exhibition offers a look at Sarah Baley's work, from her first New York portraits to her "narrative selections": urban photographic novels that unfold the thread of a fictitious story whose narrative she composes in an evolving and never static manner. Perception and the notion of time in their relationship to memory are the central themes of her photographic series: "The intersection and impact of time and experience provokes the present moment. Of memory and experience, using the photograph as a living instrument rather than a collection of frozen moments at the moment of capture.
