After more than 15 years of collaboration, the world renowned Parisian painter Françoise Nielly is without doubt one of the most emblematic artists represented by Villa del Arte galleries. Over the years a profound friendship and working relationship has been developed, resulting in Villa del Arte placing her work in many prestigious collections worldwide.

The artist’s work reflects her love of human beauty, the cutting edge, urban culture, and the South of France, from where she hails. Nielly’s incredible portraits are instantly recognisable, the combination of vibrant colours, together with the strength and sensuality of the subject’s expressions are her signature. Françoise Nielly’s painting is above all a reflection of her great energy and vitality, a glamorous and authentic universe that is sure to seduce.

Our limited edition Francoise Nielly pigment prints on aluminium are a result of the close collaboration between the artist Francoise Nielly and Villa del Arte Galleries, and are signed and certified by the artist and the gallery. The prints are made using a process called ‘dye sublimation’. The eight dye sublimation inks we use for the production of the work consist of a solid and heat intensive dye. The image is first printed on a support using these inks, then on to transfer paper, which is then applied to a specially coated 1.2mm aluminium panel. Using both heat and pressure the dye particles change into a gas, bond with the polymers in the aluminium, and then change back into a solid state; fusing the image and aluminium. The resulting prints are also archival, waterproof, UV resistant, chemical resistant and abrasion resistant.

These prints are sold exclusively by Villa del Arte Galleries and are the only work in edition on the market today that does the stunning original artwork of Francoise Nielly real justice!

With your new limited edition print, you will receive its certificate of authenticity and a sticker to place on the back of the artwork. Nielly has signed only fifty of them! This not only ensures that they are officially limited, but also that the information of your new art piece is immediately accessible.
