The Appartelier Gallery presents a selection of 17 paintings and drawings by Nikolaos Schizas, gathered around color, gesture, and movement.
In his abstract work, colors meet, respond to each other, and compose a space traversed by energy. The fluidity of the forms invites the eye to circulate, to follow a rhythm, and then to stop on a detail. This intuitive approach gives color an expressive force, open to emotions and everyone's interpretations.
From Flow to Eclipse of colour, from Pasión to Winter is Gone, the exhibition offers a journey between intensity and softness. Paintings and drawings echo each other, offering different ways to explore this universe where color always seems in motion.
Discover at the Appartelier Gallery, at 11 rue des Poulets in Chalon-sur-Saône, from September 1st to November 25th, 2026.
