Biography
Luc Martinsen (1951) is a Belgian painter who mainly works within the framework of neo-expressionism. As a painter/graphic artist he went to school at the academy of Ghent, later he was a pupil of Etienne Elias. In 1982 he was included as one of the representatives of the 'new Painting' in the collection of the Mu.ZEE formerly PMMK in Ostend.
